“pro-active LIVE” launched

In January this year, pro-ven launched “pro-active LIVE”, a fully web-based venue enquiry system. A bespoke web form is created for each client enquiry that is then emailed direct to the venue to complete and submit, with the response being verified and dropped directly into the client proposal. As an integrated end-to-end system, “pro-active LIVE” is highly efficient, fast and increases accuracy compared to traditional manual systems. Julian Laxon, MD of pro-ven says “there is clearly a need in the venue finding arena for a simple and cost effective tool to support the online RFP and enquiry process. Systems such as Starcite and Arcaneo Metron have their place, but we are continually being told they are overly complicated and undoubtedly expensive. Initial feedback from “pro-active LIVE” users and venues has been extremely positive and pro-ven is very excited about the further enhancements we have planned “.
